I'M STIL STANDING, My Faith Journey Through Cancer

ABOUT THE BOOK: This is my testimony of faith; of how my faith in God’s promise of healing brought me through an unexpected life-threatening diagnosis (Stage IV Cancer). I am an ordinary woman who was placed in an extraordinary challenge. I faced an impending death sentence of 9-12 months; passed by man. God’s promise is ALWAYS life and life more abundantly. I already had the assurance of life through salvation. And so I engaged my faith which accessed God’s grace. This testimony of faith is not just about how I survived stage IV mucosal melanoma; I pray that it will bring a message of hope, wisdom, knowledge, faith, and inspiration to those who are experiencing a health challenge or any challenge. My prayer also is that because of my story, someone’s faith will be developed into knowing that there is hope if we trust and believe God. Most importantly, this book is in fulfillment of a promise to God.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Kau Lillian Boayue, an ordinary woman who was put in extraordinary circumstances. A Mother of 4 biological children, 2 step-children, and 1 adopted daughter, 11 grandchildren, lives in Lawrenceville, GA. Lillian Holds a bachelor degree in Marketing and Acquisition, an MBA, a masters in Controllership and Finance; and an Executive Graduate Certificate in Accounting. She has worked in the corporate world in Princeton, NJ; New York, NY, and Atlanta, GA.
