Homegoing Celebration of Theresa Johnson Gildersleve
It is with deep regrets, we announce the death of our dearest mother, grandmother and great grandmother Theresa Johnson Gildersleve.
This sad event occurred on August 5, 2014. She was married to the Late Ernest Gildersleve. She leaves to mourn her passing, her siblings: Martha Hne, Frances Johnson, Annie Goll, Benjamin Johnson, Marie Horton, John Gildersleve, Winifred Johnson, Anthony George, Esua Dar Johnson, and Pauline and Paulina Johnson. Her brother George Johnson predeceased her. Her children: Elfreda King Cook, Abraham Niasse, Marcia Gono-Dunbar, Janet Chesson, Tos Chesson, Phillip Clinton and Marcus Gildersleve and Emmanuel Hunter (predeceased her); and thirty-two grandchildren and great-grand children, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends in the United States, Europe and Liberia.
