Garmai Kwekwe Wolokolie
It is with the deepest of sorrow that the Kwekwe, Roberts, and Wolokolie Families announce the untimely home going of Garmai Kwekwe Wolokolie. Garmai had been battling cancer for a long time but finally lost the battle in the early hours of Monday, December 23, 2013, in Monrovia, Liberia.
Garmai’s husband, Mr. Tana Wolokolie, her parents, Dr. Henry and Mrs. Jeanette Roberts Kwekwe, and her youngest sibling, Miss Nowu Kwekwe, predeceased her.
She attended the Lutheran Training Institute (LTI) and the University of Liberia and worked at the Co-operative Development Agency in Monrovia. Garmai is survived by her children: Linda Quioh Davies (Abraham), T. Jefferson Quioh, and Stephanie Kennedy; her siblings (Kebeh and Zizi Kwekwe); uncles; aunts; cousins; and many other relatives and friends.
The funeral is scheduled for Monday, December 30, 2013. More details will follow soon.
