James S. Cooke Madave
It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Mr. James S. Cooke Madave. Mr. Madave died in Stockton, California while in police custody on Thursday, April 12, 2012 around 1:48 a.m. The cause of death is still under investigation.
Mr. Madave leaves to mourn him his children, Sayee McCarthy, Landis Cooke, Breena Cooke, Leron Cooke, and Aaliah Cooke; his siblings, Hans Madave, Folay Madave, Fedrick Madave, Joseph Madave, Martha Madave, and Famatta Madave; his only grandchild Eugenia Brooks; and a host of family and friends in the Diaspora and Liberia. As we mourn his death, let us remember to pray for his family as they try to cope with this sudden loss. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
Funeral Arrangements
The wake keeping will be held on Friday, May 4, 2012. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012 and burial will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2012. (More details to follow).
